calm stay with great service
friendly staff excellent catering magical experience professional management
i celebrated a special occasion with family and friends. the hotel team made everything magical for everyone. the management and staff were professional and friendly. the children moved between pools and the lake (they really loved it). everyone commented on the excellent catering, from breakfast to a splendid lunch.
the superior room we had booked, in my opinion, was not superior, the bathroom was small and cramped with a shower in the bath which gave a small shower area.

The room featured modern decor. it also included a well-stocked minibar. the bathroom provided complimentary toiletries and plush towels. Two separate sinks were available. there was a rainfall shower.

breakfast included a wide variety of options. fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes were available. i really appreciated the attentive service from the dining staff. dinner offered a varied menu with local specialties.
