Fantastic Lakeside Experience!

The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including fresh pastries and fruit. The location was perfect, right by the ferry terminal! Several restaurants were just a short walk away. I really appreciated how clean and well kept the hotel was.

Finding parking nearby was a bit difficult. I had to walk a short distance with my luggage.

fantastic lakeside experience

convenient location efficient staff clean room comfortable bed

the location is ideal for travel by train and ferry! bus and ferry services provide transport in any direction. breakfast has a straightforward self-service setup, and staff are very helpful and efficient. i enjoyed the variety for a healthy start, especially the grapefruit juice. the room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and balcony views.

i found flies present everywhere constantly, though a few fly traps might improve this.

excellent stay with fine views

lake view friendly staff amazing breakfast

The breakfast was amazing. The food in the restaurant was lovely! our room had an amazing view looking onto the lake. It was fine. the staff were very friendly. They looked after us well for the week.

Our room was next to the elevator, so it was noisy, it had a chemical smell. The smell lingered despite airing it out. i asked to change rooms, but it was not possible. They said all check-ins were done in the morning.

Acceptable stay with minor issues

helpful staff delicious breakfast noisy room chemical smell

The staff were helpful and polite . The location is superb with a wonderful view of the lake. Breakfast was included and plentiful. It was delicious as well.

My room was located next to the elevator. It was noisy with a persistent chemical smell that lingered. I asked to change the room, but it was not possible.
