The team was always ready with assistance in all situations , i even stored some luggage there for a few days. the location allowed quick access to local restaurants and shops. i spent time at the clean pool. It was well kept.

the staff was generally helpful.
I was very frustrated with the noise levels at night. Loud music from nearby clubs kept me awake until early morning hours. also, the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and it was barely warm most of the time. it was impossible to enjoy a relaxing shower after a long day.

The room was a standard triple room. It had comfortable beds (I think they were memory foam). Breakfast included a good variety of Turkish options (with fresh ingredients). The hotel has a small pool and charming courtyards.
The hotel is only reachable by taxi. It was a 10-minute walk after the taxi dropped me off (quite a distance with luggage). There are several flights of stairs before the elevator. I found the hot water not very hot.
