Travel to Antalya Bus Station by bus. From the arrivals terminal, take the tram to the city center, disembarking at the İsmetpaşa stop on İsmetpaşa Caddesi. It's a short 5-minute walk to the Old Town from there.
Is there a private beach at the hotel, or will I need transportation to get to a beach?

The hotel doesn't have a private beach, but you can reach Mermerli Beach in 400 meters (about a 5-minute walk), Konyaaltı Beach at 4 kilometers (15 minutes by tram or taxi), or Lara Beach, which is 15 kilometers away (45 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by taxi).
