The receptionists were helpful. They answered all my questions. My room was really clean and aesthetically pleasing, which I LOVED. I even dined at their cafe and restaurant inside. The cokertme kebab was delicious! I'll definitely return.

I encountered a little plumbing issue one night, and the bath unfortunately flooded the room.

A super stay near the tram line!

The location is AMAZING. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel making it easy to reach both the airport and the city center. The staff are attentive and always ready to help. My room was super clean it was also very well designed.

The soundproofing could be better, i heard some noise from the hallway.

the tram access was super useful for get to airport quickly, it made traveling easy. breakfast has lots of option and i found it all very good. room was clean and the staff always helps you with a friendly efficient.

the air conditioning wasn't working as cold, it allowed only hot air in evenings. sleeping well was hard thing.
