"Well i dont no were to start as i booked the hotel before reading the reviews i was shocked what i read But we went open-minded and i can hand on heart say nothing bad about this hotel we had room 505 and it was mint had its own veranda with hot tub just a nice place to chill on your own sunbathing and a dip it the tub the staff Murat , Engin the lady on the desk the night guy and my turkish mamma (cleaner) were so so friendly welcoming and would bend over backwards to help you if there were any issues ,need food ,needed a taxi even getting stuff from the shop they got it for you but if your use to staying in 5* hotels this is not but trust me you get more looked after than you would in them hotels iv only got two problems about the place and i spoke with Engin (the boss) about them but there an easy fix smells in bathroom from sink and shower waste we just covered the with towl and wet wipes in the sink "stopped it "so i mentioned to the hopfuly they said the were going to sort it the 2nd one was the breakfast make your own mind up on that one but boild eggs and cheeses didn't do it for me we met lovely people the and had a great time thanks ENGIN , MURAT ??"
