i found the reception staff helpful and the location suited my needs. the breakfast offered good variety each morning. the room received daily cleaning service, which i found very efficient. i appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the lobby at all times.

the bathroom fixtures looked somewhat dated.

the hotel is a short walk from the sea, approximately five minutes. nearby, i discovered numerous restaurants that had reasonable prices. access to taxis was also easy from this location! bus stops are conveniently close by too.

the staff helped find tours. that part was acceptable.

i booked travel destinations. the first two were okay. then i had a stomach issue so i contacted the reception to cancel the other two! they were useless and ignored me completely. that was ridiculous. i am very disappointed.
