amazing stay near the marina
friendly staff perfect location amazing breakfast room upgrade
i found the staff very friendly. the location was perfect it was close to everything. breakfast had amazing choices. i was pleased the room was upgraded to a family room it.
The lift to the upper part of the city was not working. Uber drivers did not want to drive down to pick me up at the hotel.

the hotel provides complimentary water and drinks, a definite plus after a long day exploring. breakfast offered fresh pressed orange juice. the hotel also accommodated my request for baby food, providing fruits and milk.

The location was excellent, very close to the port! the breakfast offered a great variety each morning. The staff changed it daily. the reception staff were also polite and helpful. I really appreciated that.
The noise was significant. the hotel rooms are arranged around a central open area so sound traveled a lot. the acoustics were bad. It was very noisy

a decent stay
variety changing polite staff fantastic location missing amenity water request soap absence
the breakfast staff was polite. there was a great variety changing daily. the reception staff was included in the politeness. the location is fantastic and everything is nearby.
some room amenities were missing. every time you have to ask for water it is a pain. i did not have soap in the room initially. i had to ask for one.

bathroom grout daily wifi
the breakfast was acceptable with a variety of turkish options.
the room felt outdated and not very clean, there was dust in corners. the bathroom grout had some mold spots i noticed. also, the wifi needed re-entering every single day, a real hassle.

the breakfast was really good (especially the variety). the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was amazing, very close to the attractions. even when i put 'no cleaning' outside the door, they still cleaned.
The outside of the door on the third floor had no lighting. it was dark and difficult to open the door. inside the room, there were traces of leakage from the ac unit, that had turned the color of the wall to black and green (like mold). the shower area leaked into the floor. It was always wet.

delicious option decent space fantastic location
the daily breakfast included delicious options. i looked forward to it each day. the rooms provided decent space. the location near shops was fantastic.
getting to the hotel in my car proved very tricky due to pedestrian traffic
