inconvenient air conditioning early morning noise

The location was convenient for exploring the area. It was easy to get around.

the air conditioning lacked a remote, and controlling it from the wall was inconvenient. it blew directly onto the bed, so it was very cold despite adjustments. also, my room was located near a service area, so early morning noise from staff and supplies disturbed my sleep.

convenient location town heart substantial breakfast air conditioning wall command air direction

the hotel location was very convenient. i walked less than five minutes from the ferry after arriving. the heart of the town was right there. breakfast was quite substantial, i appreciated the variety.

the air conditioning in my room was problematic. a wall command controlled it without a remote so i had to get up to adjust it. the air blew directly towards the bed, i could not regulate the blades.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel was ideally located. i had a nice breakfast with a good choice of coffees. the view of the lake was amazing. the room was clean.

I found one small thing, there was no water in the room. It was not complimentary.

a decent stay

great location short walk rude staff smelly room

the hotel is very well situated. it is close to restaurants and shops. the ferry was just a short walk away. the breakfast was nice as well.

the staff were very rude, i felt. they shouted at me on the phone. i booked to sleep in one room but the room wasn't clean and it was smelly.
