Room141, located on the ground floor (but not fully wheelchair-accessible), features a flat-screen TV, luxury bed linen, a mini bar, a safe, toiletries, a Nespresso coffee machine, and complimentary biscuits. Several Garden Rooms interconnect, accommodating two adults and up to three children. Dog-friendly Garden Rooms with riverbank and garden access are available. Swan Cottage, near the main hotel, has three bedrooms, a living room, a secluded garden, and a fire pit. Hilltop rooms are in a peaceful annex with downy double beds, luxury linens, and ensuites. Dining at Minster Mill
The restaurant, located at the front of the property, serves seasonal, contemporary and traditional British food. A corridor leads to the dining room, which includes a bar area and a lounge area above it in a large minstrel-style gallery. Wildling Restaurant offers seasonal food and drinks, blending contemporary and traditional British cooking. The bar overlooks the restaurant and serves fine wines, champagne, and cocktails. Guests can enjoy a small buffet of juices, pastries, and muesli, plus cooked options such as omelettes with double Gloucester and avocado on sourdough with poached eggs. The hotel also offers afternoon tea. The Old Swan, a sister property across the road, provides a traditional English pub experience with heritage-inspired dishes and a lively atmosphere; dogs are welcome in its bar area. Breakfast is served at the Old Swan.

Minster Mill features a spa that offers Espa treatments, a small swimming pool, an ice fountain, a sauna, and an aroma steam room. There are three treatment rooms, an indoor heated plunge pool, a poolside rock sauna, aroma steam room, ice fountain and tropical rainforest showers. Use of The Garden Spa facilities is limited to 1.5 hours per person unless a spa treatment is booked.
