The staff were friendly! the manager carried my bag up to the room. The service was appreciated. the family room was spacious and clean. it had tea and coffee with cookies. the bed was comfy. I didn't wake up with a sore back. the restaurant food was nice and priced reasonably.

The staff were friendly. the sunday roast was fantastic. the parking was really handy. I enjoyed the nice atmosphere in the pub. i would certainly stay again if i'm in the area.
the room lacked hooks. there was nowhere to hang anything apart from three hooks. they were on the far side of the bed, not easily accessible, a bit frustrating!

The location was excellent. It was close to Thorpe Park. I really appreciated the fresh water bottles provided daily. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was genuinely lovely. The pizza was delicious.
The room was a bit small for the price per night. The shower was not very powerful though. I wish it had better water pressure.
