suites comfort amazing views genuine event warm smiles
Celebrating awurudu was good. The resort beautifully blended comfort with sri lankan culture. the suites provided amazing views and spacious comfort for a relaxing retreat after a joyful day. the front office and restaurant teams ensured every guest felt welcomed, part of the festive activities. the staff's warm smiles and the care given to planning each moment.
The gym had outdated equipment and the air conditioning was not working properly. Cleaning of the machines is required.

mixed feelings about this hotel

terrible food high price
the room was quite spacious. it had all the amenities needed.
The food was disappointing. It affected the whole experience. a tiny bottle of water from a cheap brand cost 500 rs. i felt forced to pay it in order to stay hydrated. there was almost nothing edible at the breakfast buffet. i even found hairs in the butter cake. dinner also arrived with the wrong dishes. the food was very poor.
