The dinner celebrating my birthday was great. The food was delicious. Chef Mr Mendis arranged the food personally, and it made the evening extra special. I was very happy with the attention to detail. The mixed veggie noodles were my favorite. Everything was yummy.
The hotel did not respond to my emails, frustrating. I found out myself that money was taken from us twice on our bank account! It took ages for them to react. I had to write multiple emails because there was no answer.

I found the food quality inconsistent. The chicken in the biryani was hard and was to be frozen. IT lacked flavor. the jumbo peanuts offered were stale, posing a question about food standards. This MUST be addressed.

the views from the room were amazing i woke up each morning to a beautiful landscape the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any request the room was clean with modern appliances i really liked the prompt laundry service it was easy to arrange and very efficient.
i found the lack of a mini bar to be a slight inconvenience considering the hotel's distance from local shops it would add more convenience to have refreshments readily available in the room.
