i found the gardens very peaceful and full of local history it seemed like a true oasis. the staff was attentive especially in the restaurant they offered really good service. the breakfast was extensive with a wide selection of local dishes to try. i greatly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the well-kept grounds
i noticed some slight wear in certain areas of the room it could use a little updating

i found plenty to keep me entertained with a pool, art gallery, beautiful garden, and a museum all on the hotel. the staff were friendly. the food was delicious and reasonably priced. i found it a 10/10.
the room was so. small. and the bathroom was rundown and not maintained.

The room was spacious and clean! i found two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very convenient. the balcony had comfortable seating. It faces the garden, a beautiful view, and we loved the tranquility. the bed linens were crisp.

The staff were Really good. i especially liked the pristine pool. The temperature was perfect. the food presented an excellent sample of local cuisine. the chef and his team did a fantastic job providing a variety and great quality.

the architecture was fine. the gardens were lush, and i found the swimming pool quite serene. i also appreciated the art collection displayed in the bunkers. it vividly portrays the history of the place and offered an immersive experience.
i found the food offerings to be barely sufficient. the breakfast lacked variety, and some items were mislabeled. also, there was a leak in the roof of my room and the route to the restaurant was exposed to rain.

My room lacked a dedicated workspace. this made laptop use difficult. the breakfast buffet lacked variety each day. i had to walk a long distance to reach my upstairs room. No elevator was available.

i appreciated the helpfulness of the front office team. scotty and mithushan made excellent tea. traveen often asked if there was any dish i wanted to try, he arranged for the chef to prepare them.
