What a marvelous location. The rooms had a beautiful design and a perfect balance between jungle and comfort. Golf buggies helped with transport of people and luggage. I appreciated this since I was travelling with kids. The evening buffet featured different food stations with many options, that seemed really fresh. The breakfast buffet had equally good food.

the pool was very relaxing. the staff arranged for the safari jeep to pick us up directly from the hotel. the breakfast was great and i tried sri lankan spices with egg hopper.

The restaurant seemed average. The food variety was limited. only half the power points in our room worked. the housekeeping service was inconsistent .

I really loved the helpful staff, especially at the front desk! The food was also great. I booked a safari right through the hotel , and the driver was fantastic.

The shower did not feel particularly clean, with some visual mould.

i observed monkeys including purple-faced langurs throughout the hotel. the swimming pool was well maintained and the rooms were quite spacious. i especially liked the balcony attached to my room and the spacious bathroomwith both a bathtub and a shower.

the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, requiring a 20-minute drive.

the staff provided great service and catered to late arrivals. i noted pasindu's really good attention to detail and cute personality. the hotel staff sent me off with thoughtfully prepared takeaway lunch bags for my journey which i found particularly kind.
