I found the food selection to be quite good. there was a wide variety of dishes and everything tasted fresh. the staff were also very friendly. I especially appreciated the warm greetings from samma.

The all-inclusive package had some limitations. Certain drinks were not included. i also noticed that there was only one type of beer offered. it seemed a bit restrictive.

I spent five nights on the island and the overwater villa was fine. i found it super clean with amazing ocean views. the food was delicious, and i particularly enjoyed the restaurant view. the balinese massages at the spa were very relaxing and refreshing. I felt totally renewed.

i noticed a slight delay at check-in, though the staff quickly resolved it, it was a minor inconvenience.

i found the food selection quite diverse. i am gluten intolerant and the chef helped me with food choices. the resort also kept everything neat and clean.

the all-inclusive package did not cover everything. i had to pay separately for the minibar. i found only certain alcoholic beverages included at the bar.

i noticed a constant effort to upsell extra services. programs had hidden charges not communicated clearly beforehand. the all-inclusive package lacked some standard options, requiring extra payments.

Great Platinum Island stay

I spent four nights at the resort. I stayed in a Platinum Beach Bungalow. The location seemed well maintained by the staff. The restaurant provided much food variety, I saw a great foods selection available at all meal times. The staff worked hard. Staff made sure you were happy. Staff looked after you well. The bar offered many drink choices. Not all premium spirits were there, I got pretty much the full spectrum.
