Excellent Stay Near the Haram

The location is convenient, a very short walk to Al Haram Al Nabawi. I found the staff very helpful and pleasant (they were always smiling!). The hotel provided easy check-in and check-out processes. Housekeeping was kind and attentive to our needs .

The wifi signal was not strong, making it difficult to stay connected at times.

The coffee shop provides beverages at reasonable prices. The restaurant staff, especially Kamal, were courteous and helpful. There were many food options very close to the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Prophet's Mosque (peace be upon him) and nearby shops. The lifts were efficient and facilitated movement between floors. Luggage assistance was readily available after checkout which i appreciated.

The staff were understanding and accommodating with luggage storage. The reception was quick with check-in, even late at night. Early check-in was accommodated around 10:30 AM, a great relief.

Excellent Stay Near the Haram

I appreciated the hotel's close proximity to Gate 305. The staff were excellent and provided helpful service . I arrived much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but the staff gave me a room at 6 a.m., which was such a relief! I'm very thankful I didn't have to wait several hours after a long journey.

The room had few lights, so it was always dim, like nighttime, inside. Sockets to charge were loose. There was also noise from neighboring rooms because there was no noise cancellation equipment installed on the door to reduce incoming sounds.

the room service was not good. i tried calling multiple times but NO one ANSWERED the phone. there was no follow-up from the room service either. i had to go all the way downstairs myself to ask for service. WORST of all, parking was always full so i had to park far away.

The hotel's location is amazing. It is a very short walk to the Masjid Nabawi. The staff demonstrated a helpful approach when I needed assistance with luggage after checking out. My one-night stay proved its convenience to many key areas.

the location was very close to the haram. it was about 100 meters from gate # 305. the hotel lobby had a nice cafeteria and sitting area with chairs and tables. outside the hotel were tables where i could enjoy coffee with my family in the evening.

the paper cups for tea and coffee were of bad quality. also, there was only one tea bag without a cover. the prayer mat had a bad smell so it was unpleasant.
