the shower was difficult. there was barely any water coming out. it was really hard to control the temperature of the little water that did come out. also, there was quite a lot of noise because my room was next to reception.

The hotel is close to Paddington train station. I used the luggage storage before and after my stay. The room looked clean upon arrival. It was also well-kept .

The shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit.

the location provided easy access to transport options.

The bed linen had hair and stains, and the staff member laughed when i requested a room change. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, though she eventually changed the linen herself.
