the reception staff were friendly. they helped me find suitable parking. the room had all expected facilities for a four-star hotel. there was also a quiet calming feel.

the pool was small. i noticed it was very dirty.

the location was great. it was easy enough to walk to the main attractions. daily maid service kept the room very clean. i found the outside pool to be a nice feature too.

the room lacked natural light. tall buildings blocked the windows, so the room felt stuffy. the air conditioning wasn't very powerful. it was also quite noisy.

I appreciated the excellent location in the historic center (it made exploring the city very easy). The room felt spacious and clean. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful to me . I thought the breakfast was of high quality and was quite varied.

The bathroom sliding doors could have functioned more smoothly (they sometimes stuck).
