the rooftop bar featured very nice views. the food was reasonably priced. staff were very friendly. they were also attentive to my needs.

warm smile true adventure super clean room homely atmosphere
the hotel staff greeted me with warm smiles, ready to assist at any moment! the dining was a true adventure, with a range of food catering to every taste, even mine, picky! our room was clean and created a pleasant, inviting environment, i never felt so cosy. the atmosphere throughout felt magical, managing to be luxurious and homely at the same time!
I noticed the coffee pods weren't always refilled daily. It was a very slight inconvenience.

Superb Stay with Excellent Service
modern hotel really good staff great value
I found the hotel modern with pristine cleanliness. The staff demonstrated excellent service and all staff was helpful. The value for money was surprising. The food selection both breakfast and dinner had many choices and was fresh.
The air conditioning in room was too weak, so room didn't cool off properly. coffee pods aren't refilled daily when room gets cleaned which felt strange.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
loud noise poor air conditioning
The noise was frustrating. I heard groups of teenagers running and shouting in the hallways late at night. They played loud music until early morning. I complained, but the hotel staff did not improve the situation. The air conditioning in the room was also subpar, and the glass partition in the bathroom offered little privacy.

fantastic family stay
breakfast variety clean room swimming pool
i visited with my family, two adults and two children. the breakfast buffet offered excellent variety and quality. i found the rooms very clean and well kept, meeting our expectations. the swimming pool area suited all our needs with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
The air conditioning in the room was not sufficiently effective. This impacted comfort levels, especially during warmer parts of the day. a small inconvenience.
