The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated Jade's assistance at reception. The room was also clean and accessible, providing what I needed for my stay.

My room was on the second floor and it had thin walls. I could hear noise from the adjacent room late into the night and early in the morning. The noise disrupted my sleep.

I appreciated the convenient 11:30 check-out time. The bar had a lively atmosphere.. it was dog-friendly. There was a selection of yogurts, fruit, cereals, toast, juice, pancakes, pastries, tea, and coffee available for breakfast even without the cooked option.

My room was on the second floor, and the car park at rear was a bit of a mess.

The staff helped me check in quickly. A young gentleman was very polite. my room included a spacious area. the continental breakfast provided a good start to the day! staff were pretty good when i arrived late due to travel delays. the manager even rearranged my meal time.

the hotel's exterior looks a bit scruffy, i think.

i stayed at this hotel one night because i attended a friend's party. all staff was really friendly and helpful to me. my room was of good size, it had everything i needed. there was a good selection at breakfast and the restaurant felt new.

i found the car park at the rear to be a mess. this made it a bit unpleasant. it was not the best approach to the hotel reception.
