Dining Experience

Trigony Hotel's cuisine features local Galloway beef, lamb, and black pudding from local butchers. Haggis is sourced from Cockburns of Dingwall, Ayrshire bacon and sausages from Ramsey's of Carluke, and organic salmon from Shetland.
