good selection comfortable beds hot food evening meal

My room was spacious and clean (the beds were really comfortable). Access to the pools was easy. The breakfast had a good selection.

The evening meal in Neptune restaurant was disappointing. Nothing was hot and there was not much of a selection. I found the food to be underwhelming.

the location is fantastic. beach staff helped set up beds and umbrellas. the sauna was great and the restaurants served tasty food. i really had a fantastic time and made the best out of this amazing hotel. i would definitely recommend it to other people

i found the service at reception to be unwelcoming and not helpful. directions to my room were unclear. this led to me getting lost and not receiving essential information about breakfast, disappointing.

Really good Seaside Stay

great view convenient bathroom

I enjoyed a great view from the room. The bathroom was large and convenient. The hotel offers parking and it is convenient when traveling by car. Uber provided easy access to the old town. Fares ranged from 5 to 9 euros each way.

The opaque curtains in the room did not fully cover the window doors. Sunlight woke me at five in the morning! Mattresses were not firm enough.

The staff at breakfast and dinner were pleasant and attentive. They were always available to assist and ensured a pleasant experience. The service. I was happy with the high level of care.

The reception staff was very polite. They swiftly checked me in! the breakfast buffet was lavish. I never went hungry. i found the sea swimming directly off the rocks to be quite special. Ladders are available for easy access. it was a good experience.

The elevators can sometimes be a little slow. I occasionally had to wait a few minutes.

The hotel has several pools available including an infinity pool on the roof. Access is granted. i noticed several restaurants with diverse cuisines, though i primarily enjoyed the local fare! a spa provides relaxing treatments.

My premium room included a sea view balcony, really wonderful to wake up to. the room featured crisp sheets, a spacious layout, and functional air conditioning. amenities are provided and restocked daily. Very thoughtful.
