Guests often appreciate the Moroccan House's central location in Geliz, making it easy to walk to the Medina and close to shops and restaurants. Many find the hotel charming with its traditional Moroccan decor evident in the lobby, breakfast area, and rooms. The rooms are generally spacious, some featuring a functional mini-bar, while the pool area is great for sunbathing; although a few guests have mentioned that some of the bathrooms could use updating, the overall experience is considered good value for money.

mixed feelings about the stay

poor air conditioning impersonal staff
the lobby was decorated well, it was simple and functional.
The air conditioning barely worked. It was set to 19 degrees but only blew out slightly cool air. i had to sleep with the window open during very hot days. the staff at reception seemed cold and impersonal. I did not appreciate that.
