The breakfast menu required improvement. There was little variety, and the quality seemed questionable for a hotel of this standard. The scrambled eggs tasted artificial. The bacon was undercooked. I also noticed a distinct lack of attentiveness from the breakfast staff. Tables were not cleared promptly.

The room was reasonably clean upon arrival.

The phone in my room did not work AT ALL (this is quite a problem when you need to contact reception). I also found the value for money to be rather LOW considering the issues encountered. Beach towels require a charge.

i really liked the staff. they are friendly and helpful always. the rooms was super clean and comfortable. the outdoor pool included many sunbeds and umbrellas. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, i loved it.

i noticed a drain smell sometimes, it was not too pleasant. i think that this is not great for a four star hotel.
