Solid Stay with Good Amenities

The room provided was clean and quite spacious. The pool area looked great. It seemed busy but also had many things for kids. Complimentary wine and fresh fruit were provided. That was very nice. The pool is very good, accommodating both adults and children VERY well.

The reception IS an absolute DISASTER! Always queues, check in per family took approx 20 mins!! i didn't like that when we checked in we were handed a key and not given any info re facilities restaurant times spa info etc, they made no conversation. Not even directions where to go to find our room, we had to ask. A supermarket inside would make the resort close to perfect.

our apartment was so clean and huge and the air conditioning was great and we loved the easy access to the pool. being all inclusive meant a great variety of food at all meal times and even the kids had tons of options.

the only thing was the wait sometimes at reception, it could take a while to even order a taxi. i think an extra person at reception to help guests already staying would be super helpful for the hard working staff

Really good Family Holiday

The apartment was notably clean and spacious. I appreciated the well-stocked amenities available in the apartment. The pool area was fantastic with slides that provided entertainment for everyone. The complimentary wine and fruit upon arrival was a good touch I thought demonstrated attentiveness.

I found that sometimes the reception area became crowded and waiting could take a while. An additional staff member dedicated to basic tasks for hotel residents may improve this situation.
