amazing family holiday!

great wififantastic viewlong wait

our apartment was so clean and huge and the air conditioning was great and we loved the easy access to the pool. being all inclusive meant a great variety of food at all meal times and even the kids had tons of options.

the only thing was the wait sometimes at reception, it could take a while to even order a taxi. i think an extra person at reception to help guests already staying would be super helpful for the hard working staff

The apartment was notably clean and spacious. I appreciated the well-stocked amenities available in the apartment. The pool area was fantastic with slides that provided entertainment for everyone. The complimentary wine and fruit upon arrival was a good touch I thought demonstrated attentiveness.

I found that sometimes the reception area became crowded and waiting could take a while. An additional staff member dedicated to basic tasks for hotel residents may improve this situation.
