i stayed for several nights. i found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. the hotel is right next to a lovely square. i easily accessed many dining options.
The air conditioning is centrally controlled. I could only turn it on and off.

the hotel enjoys an excellent location. it is within walking distance of many attractions. i appreciated its proximity to the plaza de las flores, with its numerous cafes and restaurants.

The staff greeted me warmly. The room size was quite suitable. The location was excellent for the bus station. Only a short walk away. Many restaurants and cafes were close. I found the hotel a great value.
The breakfast wasn't included on my last morning. THAT was a slight disappointment.

The location was great. All the main attractions WERE within walking distance.
The room felt outdated, the bathroom needed some maintenance. The shower door seals had clearly not been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was quite basic. There was no milk alternative available.
