convenient location professional staff

the location was really convenient and perfect for getting around, it was so quiet too! the staff was professional and courteous, made everything easier. the rooms felt really homey and were close to each other!

the bed was a bit too firm and made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep! i also thought the restaurant menu was a little limited, though the bar menu was acceptable.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience

vibrant decor cozy corner really good staff

I found the location excellent with many transport options nearby. The hotel boasts vibrant decor and cozy corners everywhere. The bar area provides a relaxed sociable atmosphere with wine tastings. The staff were really good. Their professionalism and friendliness.

I experienced a minor issue with the bathroom layout. The lack of locking doors for the bathrooms and shower reduced privacy.

The room was spacious. It allowed for open placement of two large luggages. The bed and shower were comfortable. The location near the tram station allowed for easy access to the town center in approximately ten minutes.

Really good Stay, A Gem of a Hotel!

The room design included a fully equipped kitchen. This was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable ensuring restful sleep. The bathroom had a spacious layout and two separate sinks. VERY convenient. The hotel's location offered excellent access to public transportation. A tram stop was just a minute away.

The room decor had a dark theme, impacting the brightness. The coffee station was unlit, difficult to use.

The reception staff provided professional service and attentiveness. They answered all my questions. They also allowed for a late checkout. I APPRECIATED this. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.
