Tram number 4 provides a 10-minute connection to the main station from the 'Helmhaus' tram station (200m from the hotel). The hotel is near the riverbank of the Limmat, shopping in Niederdörfli, and the Central public transport hub.

The reception is located on the 1st floor and is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. The hotel provides free WLAN access for guests. The reception can call a cab.
