i found the self check-in process quite smooth and straightforward. the free luggage storage service was helpful as i arrived before check-in time. the room was clean when i arrived and the beds were comfortable after a day of travel.

the lack of an elevator was inconvenient especially with luggage as my room was on a higher floor. this made moving my bags up and down the stairs a bit difficult. i wish there was an elevator for easier access.

the room was small. the price felt too high for what i got. also, the bathroom situation was not good as i had to be careful to not wet the entire room when i took a shower.

The location was acceptable. It was quite close to the main train station.

The room was small. The air conditioning did not seem to work, and I wasn't able to adjust the temperature. The walls are too thin. I could clearly hear the alarm from the next room. It was frustrating.
