The hotel is located in Seefeld, near Lake Zurich. The Seebad Utoquai, built in 1890, features three wooden decks with ladder access to the lake. The Chinese Garden and the Zurich Corbusier House are nearby. The Zürcher Theaterspektakel takes place on the Landiwiese at the lake every summer. The Zurich Zoo is located on the Zürichberg, accessible via the Dolderbahn funicular.
