the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great dining recommendations. i received a free upgrade to a larger superior double room with spa access. the breakfast spread was amazing, it had many options that were consistently replenished.

the gym was often busy , and i sometimes had to wait to use specific equipment.

location near station but service was not great

i have stayed here twice and the location is very near the station. it is in the city without the buss of it.

the air conditioning did not work well. i reported it, but no one came to fix it that day (it was summer and very hot). they eventually gave us a fan. the wifi was also very slow and failed often.
