The lack of an elevator was certainly noticeable. carrying luggage up several flights of stairs proved quite inconvenient. the breakfast setup was also problematic. The cool outdoor temperature, and the cold dishes further detracted from the meal. it was like a test of endurance each morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, from check-in to daily service. The room was clean and spacious, providing good closet space. The hotel located close to the beach and city center, convenient. We parked in a nearby parking garage, where there are discounted rates, that was great.

There were no side tables by the bed so we had issue our phone and watch placement at night when charging.

My prestige room terrace had a large bathroom and a very useful, spacious wardrobe. Complimentary pool towels were available, a nice perk. The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the space at a good temperature.

The pool area had plenty of sunbeds for everyone. There was also some shade available during the day. The breakfast buffet included multiple choices and was constantly refilled by the staff, great to see.

The staff were kind and helpful with all requests. Staff is constantly checking and refilling dishes, so you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast. The hotel also provided free water bottles that could be refilled daily, appreciated.
