Victorian charm, modern comfort
Mohonk Mountain House has 262 guestrooms, from classic rooms with views of the lake and mountainside, to suites ideal for special occasions. Suites and guest rooms in Grove Lodge have televisions. Guest rooms traditionally do not include TVs, but are available upon request. Every Value Room is unique and may vary in size, location, and décor. Rooms feature air conditioning, ironing facilities, and Wi-Fi.
Dining with a view
Mohonk Mountain House offers dining options, with meals included with overnight rates, beginning with dinner on arrival and ending with lunch on departure. The Main Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily and weekend brunch with views of the Catskill Mountains. Founders highlights flavors and cooking methods such as wood-burning, wok, and tandoori. The Granary offers a hearty country breakfast, barbecue lunch, and an evening cookout featuring a classic lobster bake. Exclusive Chef's Table features a 9-course tasting menu. Guests can get Kosher meals with advanced notice. Dress code is relaxed, resort casual.
Activities for everyone
Guests have access to an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts. There is an 85-mile hiking trail network. Guests can swim across the glacial mountain lake at certain times in the day. Mohonk Mountain House is 25 miles from Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, 70 miles from Albany International Airport, and less than 100 miles from New York City airports.
