the front desk staff was helpful they had my room ready early. the hotel location is great near theaters. i felt safe every minute in this hotel. i would stay again.
the destination fee process is controversial you pay for it whether you use it or not.

the concierge services were kind and polite especially cliff. he had a great sense of humor and his personality really made my days there. management should examine the potential he has.

the room was very well-cleaned it had a fantastic view towards times square. the view was from the 31st floor with windows from floor to ceiling. i really enjoyed the room service it was fast and met my needs.

the hotel offers a terrace with a direct view of times square it is a perfect spot to take photos. the hotel has three restaurants a great option if you don't want to leave the premises. the hotel also has a theater.
