Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa provides accommodations ranging from Traditional rooms with New England charm and mountain views to Presidential Wing rooms featuring modern décor and Presidential Club Lounge access with daily continental breakfast and afternoon refreshments. Deluxe Rooms offer king or two queen options. Suites have sleeping and living areas. Amenities in all rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a tea and coffee maker. Bathrooms include free toiletries and bathrobes.

The Main Dining Room has locally sourced food and live music. Stickney's Restaurant has steaks and chops, with outdoor seating available.
