fantastic lounge good selection enthusiastic host

The gold level lounge was amazing. staff there kept food continually topped. i really loved the massage i had in the spa. i also took the opportunity to do the free wine tasting. The host was very enthusiastic and it added to the experience a lot

The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours. It wasn't a major issue, but it was noticeable

I stayed in a Beautiful king room city view. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast had many options including gluten-free bread and almond milk.

The ice machine on my floor was out of service.

delicious options friendly service upgraded room

the breakfast in the gold lounge included plentiful and delicious options! friendly service was also a plus. our upgraded room was clean! i also found it very comfortable.

The ventilation system in my room was very noisy, even after i turned it off. It sounded like a washing machine, constantly running.
