the staff were super friendly . the room was spacious and comfortable. complete blackout curtains were a great feature in the room. i really liked them.
The noise level in my room was problematic at night. it made sleep difficult. Trash trucks and delivery trucks were constant. i stayed on a sunday night. The noise started around midnight.

The gym had modern equipment. It included several treadmills. The grab-and-go breakfast downstairs was AMAZING!!! It made getting on my way simple.
The music in the library was loud. It made having a conversation difficult.

polite staff clean hotel comfy bed
the staff was courteous. the hotel was clean. the bed was super comfy. i enjoyed the nice hotel bar with good drinks. i appreciated the great location near many downtown attractions. it made walking around and sightseeing easy.
i was woken each morning by a hammer drill. there was no need to set an alarm though.

the location was excellent for exploring the city. the proximity to attractions. the staff were professional and helpful with directions. i found the room spacious and well appointed.
the in-room coffee machine made a weaker brew than i preferred.

clean room comfortable bed good job
the room was very clean. i slept in a 1 king bed, and the bed was quite comfortable. housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy. The hotel texts you to ensure your stay is going well.
