The shuttle service was prompt and efficient. It runs every half hour. the hotel offers a restaurant with dinner options and a bar open until 9 pm. my room had ample space and cleanliness was amazing. brayan, the shuttle driver, assisted with luggage and provided airport guidance.
i found the front desk person a little unfriendly.

The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. It ran every 30 minutes. the driver also helped with luggage. the breakfast included a good choice of items and was self-service. i noticed a wide variety of options, including fruit and hot dishes.
the gym only had basic equipment.

The front desk personnel were helpful and quick to address any questions i had. the staff provided information about local transportation and offered assistance with directions. They were very prompt and polite. the reception staff were also fast at handling any requests i presented

the airport shuttle service ran frequently and saved me taxi fares. the room included a microwave and refrigerator, very useful (especially for leftovers!). the breakfast buffet had a waffle station where i made my own waffles.
the ice machine on my floor was out of order.
