slow service uninterested staff

the family room was quite big and clean, fine

i was not happy with the restaurant. the service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing good service. it took a long time to get our food and the waiters were not particularly attentive. the pool was okay, but it seemed like it was open to the public. there were lots of kids and it wasn't relaxing.

the rooms were very spacious and clean it was perfect for my needs. i enjoyed the free shuttle service to the airport it was really helpful.

the gym was not what i expected it only had a few machines i wanted more variety. the pool was a bit cold i could not enjoy a longer swim

great hotel near the airport

cleanliness excellent shuttle

I found the hotel very clean and the staff friendly. the pool was a great feature. I enjoyed it. i appreciated the prompt and excellent shuttle service. it made getting to the airport very easy.

i was disappointed because bottled water was only provided on the first day of check-in. i think this could easily be improved. i would expect free bottled water throughout my stay.

the family room i stayed in was very spacious. it even had a kitchen with an oven and a living room. the bathroom was big and included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
