my room, a beautiful double balcony, featured beautiful wooden ceiling details. the spacious balcony overlooked the courtyard. breakfast included both thai and western options with fresh fruit.
the in-room wifi signal was occasionally weak.

attentive staff great recommendation free activity terracotta art
The staff were attentive and accommodating. they gave me great recommendations for local restaurants. i joined the free activities. Watercolor painting. the hotel is in a convenient location, near local attractions. the terracotta art added so much to the ambiance!
the only slight issue was that the wifi was a little slow sometimes.

the room had good space. the lobby offered high ceilings. free teas were refreshing. the traditional decor was tasteful.
The shower did not drain well. Water stayed for about 10 minutes after use. breakfast was below average. wi-fi was slow.

extra charges lack of assistance
The hotel charged for extra sheets and towels when my child slept on the couch. I also expected help with luggage when checking out at 4 am but the staff did not offer assistance. The staff asked us and the taxi to wait while he checked the room I did not know what to check.

thin walls slow draining
The hotel location provided easy access to nearby attractions, convenient.
I found several aspects disappointing. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from other rooms. the shower didn't drain quickly. Water lingered for a while after I showered.

Wonderful Stay!
useful robes nice slippers convenient station pretty design
The provided robes were useful. The slippers felt nice. A water refill station in the lobby was convenient. A nearby minimarket was handy. I found some English channels on the TV, not only news. The hotel design was pretty. The room was pretty. I enjoyed the gastro bar across the street.
Only one beach towel was in the room. Only one bath towel was in the room too.
