lovely stay
equipped fitness center helpful staff complimentary minibar fresh fruit
The hotel had a well-equipped fitness center. I found it basic, though nice. the staff were helpful, and i liked the complimentary mini bar stocked with essentials. i appreciated bottled water provided freely, as well as fresh fruit available. umbrellas and books were provided in case of rain or for reading.
room service delivered my food cold, though i didn't make a fuss about it.

Breakfast included a wide variety of options, from cereal to a custom egg station. fruit snacks were available throughout the day, giving a healthy choice. access to unlimited bottled water was greatly appreciated. It was a thoughtful touch.

The pool was a good size for swimming and looked lovely. a billiard table and table tennis setup were available. They provided extra activities. the room offered adequate quiet and darkness which was good for restful sleep, though the air conditioning wasn't that strong.

the staff was attentive to requests, addressing them swiftly. the room provided complimentary water and fruit each day, a nice touch. the swimming pool remained open until late..
the breakfast selection did not meet expectations. the food was not particularly tasty, despite the variety. the coffee machines operated slowly.

Really good Stay, Service Above and Beyond!
souvenir delivery excellent selection delicious eggs refreshing pool
I spent four fantastic nights here. The staff contacted me about souvenirs I left behind and mailed them to my next hotel in Bangkok ( amazing service!). The breakfast selection was excellent (especially the made-to-order eggs!). The pool area was lovely and very refreshing.
The location required taxis to reach most local attractions. (Hiring a taxi for the day solved this easily though!).

Breakfast included a great choice of items and featured great coffee. The breakfast staff were always smiling and helpful to all guests. I would definitely recommend trying their breakfast.

The breakfast included a wide selection.. i enjoyed the thai options. Unlimited bottled water was available, i found this very convenient. The pool area was lovely. I also appreciated the nearby massage options.
The air conditioning made noise. It took a while for the room to cool down. The minibar was old, it made a humming noise. The bathroom was small.

a balanced stay.
helpful staff clean room perfect pool breakfast disappointment sink issue dish choice
the staff was helpful and lovely. rooms and grounds were clean. the location allows walking distance to markets and i felt the area was safe. the pool had a perfect temperature so it was a nice spot to relax.
breakfast was not extraordinary. i did not taste any of the dishes. the sink was clogged and maintenance was supposedly done, but after 30 seconds the water was blocked again. that was inconvenient.
