The breakfast buffet had broad choices (i really enjoyed the local fruit). The hotel design included elegant reception areas. The gym felt adequate for a holiday workout.

I was somewhat disappointed . The rooftop bar had limited access. Guests cannot go up to relax and enjoy the views before 5 pm, which i think it's UNFAIR (especially given the price).

warm welcome generous breakfast tasty canapés
the welcome was super warm. the staff was really excellent. i had a premium level room and the breakfasts were generous. the afternoon tea plus cocktail hour included tasty canapés. the pool was enjoyable after sightseeing!
the gym, while useful, felt a little small, maybe even too compact.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the night market. It was merely steps away. Michelin-recommended restaurants and temples were also within walking distance. The YHI spa impressed me. I found it a wonderful addition to my stay. I found the staff nice and helpful.
The key card indicated 'level,' but I did not receive the expected Level services, and the check-in process was subpar.

The hotel presented very clean, modern facilities for my stay. I found the swimming pool particularly inviting. I enjoyed swimming there when time permitted. The location downtown proved excellent, and I could reach the night market within 100 meters.
