intimate feel friendly staff spacious room
the pool area had a very intimate feel. the staff seemed friendly (always smiling!). the room was spacious and classic.
the hotel location is slightly away from the main attractions. it may require a bit of walking or transportation.

low water pressure disruptive hallway noise
I found a few issues with my stay. The water pressure in the shower was low. It made washing my hair difficult. The stream was just a trickle. the noise from the hallway was disruptive. I could hear other guests talking and walking past my door late at night and early in the morning. It was difficult to relax or sleep well because of that noise.

some issues with my stay
strange smell poor noise isolation
the room had a strange smell it resembled sewage or something similar. the noise isolation wasn't good either i heard everything from other rooms. i mentioned it to the staff but nothing changed it was pretty disappointing.

Acceptable Stay with Fixable Issues
elevator noise unfriendly staff
The noise was worse than expected. I was on the third floor, but I could clearly hear noise from the elevator and street traffic. Thin windows are to blame. The staff attitude needs to improve. They do not smile or appear helpful. I expected more considering it is a 4-star location.

The pool was very refreshing. Breakfast offered many good options. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The shower was good. Reception staff was readily available. All of the staff members were polite.
