Lovely stay for family

clean room helpful staff good location

The location was near Morrisons shop. This was handy. The room was on a lower floor. This made access with a baby easy. We had all we needed, including an iron and straighteners. The bathroom looked newly built and had a large, clean space. Shampoo and body wash were also available.

Our room offered great space for the family. It was clean AND tidy. A ceiling fan helped keep us cool, and free TV with all channels was available. The bed was very comfortable, and lots of towels were provided.

the staff member on check in was amiable the room had super comfy beds and it was clean.

the room felt quite dated there was a deposit for breakages i had to pay before even checking in this seemed excessive since i only slept in the room and used the toilet and shower when i checked out no one was around to take the keys back i eventually got hold of someone by phone and was told to leave the key on a shelf in the hall.

The room was quite clean. the beds provided great comfort and i could sleep well (i appreciated that). the bathroom was large. It included shampoo and body wash. i found the inclusion of a ceiling fan in the room particularly useful, as it helped maintain a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

The soundproofing could be slightly improved. I noticed some noise from adjacent rooms.

cute management great location nice host clean towels

the hotel management was very cute. the location was great. it was right in the middle of where i like to go. the host were very nice. i found clean towels available. a kettle and coffee and tea facilities worked well.

the cups were stained. i did not use them.

The location was amazing, very convenient to many attractions. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed! The room had comfortable beds, very clean sheets, I slept soundly.

The beds were so comfortable. we had everything we needed, including towels, toiletries, an iron, a hairdryer, and straighteners! the location was wonderful, right in the middle of where we like to be. the hotel management welcomed us in a very friendly manner. Checkout times were flexible.

the room felt very dated! the cups and saucers had stains, so we avoided using them.
