helpful staff delicious breakfast amazing views small room irritating loudspeaker uncomfortable chairs

The staff was very helpful and efficient! Breakfast was delicious, it had quality meats and cheeses! The terrace views are amazing. It, you can even see cruise ships arrive. The location is great because it is safe and has many hidden local restaurants to visit. I found some great spots.

The room was a bit small and lacked wardrobe space. It was annoying to live out of suitcases on the floor. There was a loudspeaker right outside the room that played music early in the morning. It woke me up! The chairs in the restaurant are not comfortable to sit on while eating. They are too low.

the shower allowed a view from the bed, it was not ideal for privacy.

charming stay in the alfama district

friendly staff terrace view great job

staff was super friendly i find. the terrace view overlooking alfama was good. the view of the river make the hotel a great place. i enjoyed the fado session. the musicians do a great job. they explain the history.

the food was pricey i think. an aperol spritz in plastic glass make me a bit sad. the hotel is opposite the cruise ship stop so you see them.

the hotel is close to the tram. some tourist things i planned to see are near. this location works good if you want to walk around the historic sights.

quality selection design detail quiet location

The staff are very professional. Breakfast was quite good with quality selections. I found design details throughout the facilities beautiful. I enjoyed location, the hotel is in Alfama but away so I found it very quiet.

The food from the rooftop bar I found somewhat limited.

quality meats excellent breakfast terrace views

I found the staff very helpful. They suggested sights and local restaurants. the breakfast was excellent, especially the quality meats and cheeses. the terrace views were amazing, you can even see cruise ships.

my room was too small. there was little wardrobe space. i was living out of suitcases on the floor.
