The staff provided complimentary beverages like water and coffee. Snacks were also available which I found very thoughtful I appreciated the attention to detail and the warm assistance from everyone from the cleaning staff to the front desk personnel.
The air conditioning made noise at night even after I turned it off which bothered me a little

The reception staff was friendly. they helped me with directions and suggested places to visit. That was useful. the housekeeping staff was also great. They kept my room clean every day. my room had a safe box, a tv, and a refrigerator with drinks, including soda, juice, and water.
i booked based on the reviews, but i wonder if they are legit. the rooms are small. i have traveled to europe and stayed in many hotels, and this room felt tiny. there was just enough space for luggage.
