wow, what a place!

the staff were very friendly! every time i asked any questions, they were more than happy to answer. if you have kids this resort is for you, as they have a children's pool, a children's club and activities throughout the week. the main buffet and three other restaurants exist where you can reserve for lunch or dinner.
The room wasnt cleaned frequently enough. The option to request more cleaning was not actioned by housekeeping. the room also was not stocked correctly from the start. there were no laundry list or bag provided, and no door hanger for clean and do not clean requests. i requested the missing items multiple times, but i was ignored.

the food tasted good and everything always well seasoned! the location is super and services provided are of high quality, with the buffet offering diverse options and the staff maintaining cleanliness. there were a lot of pork dishes.

The hotel features several pools and i found the food in the main buffet to be quite good. a highlight for me was the all white party on friday. The activity team was really good. i thought the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially in the a la carte restaurants. my room was cleaned daily , and .
