Salt & Pepper restaurant, located on the ground floor next to the pool, offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hot dishes such as boiled and fried eggs, bacon, sausages, Cabo Verde chorizo, sautéed vegetables, pancakes, and caramelized fruits are also available. Lunch and dinner are à la carte, featuring traditional and international dishes by Chef Cleidir Santana. The buffet includes flower honey, local sugar cane syrup, and dried fruits.
