Acceptable stay, but problems with service

The location was excellent because it was close to both the beach and the main pedestrian street.

I had issues with the pickup. The customer service was disappointing I found. My driver arrived much earlier, but reception did not bother to find me even though they knew I was waiting. They shrugged it off and looked apathetic after the driver left without me.

The location was great, very close to the beach and restaurants. My room had comfortable beds, a plus after long travel days. I appreciated the luggage storage and courtesy room after checkout, as my flight was late. There were three nice pools in the garden, providing ample options for relaxation.

The gym lacked air conditioning, making workouts uncomfortable.

Breakfast offered many choices. I found something satisfying each morning. The hotel has easy beach access with a beach bar. A perfect spot for a quick refreshment. The on-site restaurants provided additional options, too.
